I want to give Firestone Complete Auto Care on West Street in Annapolis, MD a big thank you for taking such great care of me! The night before, I caught a nail in my tire, and as we all know, those things can be a huge nuisance especially when you already have a busy schedule the next day. I didn’t have time to go on a hunt for a tire shop, so I was incredibly lucky to be welcomed by Firestone first thing in the morning. From the moment I arrived, the team helped ease my mind and made the situation much less stressful. Katie and Brian, my service providers that morning, took great care of me. Katie helped me understand the best path forward with my tire, and Brian explained that, unfortunately, because of where the nail was located, the tire couldn’t safely be repaired and needed to be replaced. Of course, it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but I completely understood that safety comes first. Katie went above and beyond by helping me locate the exact tire I needed and getting it ordered for same day delivery. Once the tire arrived, the team took care of everything safely and efficiently so I could get back on the road and head home. They called me as soon as the tire came in, and

Dropped off two wheels and new tires to mount and balance. They were careful with the wheels and had it done 1.5 hr later. I would definitely go back. Angela was very helpful.

Picture this.. the store manager welcomes you, the appt. is on time and the alignment is done well, the waiting area is pleasant, and the customer service is professional, helpful, and considerate. Will return to the Firestone on West St in Annapolis for my future car service. Katie, the store manager, is a perfect example of someone providing great customer service to someone with and appt. and a walk-in I observed while waiting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Katie McCarthy at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Annapolis provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was that she remembered I had a free wheel alignment available and made sure I received it. I had completely forgotten about it! She genuinely cared about helping me and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who pays attention to the details and looks out for the customer the way Katie does. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service made my day. Thank you, Katie, for going above and beyond. Firestone is fortunate to have such an outstanding manager!

I had another great experience (as always) at Firestone Complete Auto Care! I came in for new tires, an alignment, and an oil change, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. A special shoutout to Katie at the service desk — she was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She walked me through everything with total clarity, kept me updated, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and attentive. My car drives better than it has in a long time, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Katie!
